Mmmmhh then the only other thing I can think of is that awhile back I
think Len mentioned that some providers may give you a static IP address
out of a dynamic block. IF that dynamic block is being blocked by your
recipients mail server then you will see exactly what is happening. If
Len sees this he may better explain.

What you are saying is what occurred when we were on the NAT router. My
email server was 199.44.118.2 but when it went out, it went out as
199.44.118.253. This worked.

Under the PIX, my email server is 199.44.118.2 and it goes out as
199.44.118.2.

Maybe I didn't say this right. When you send mail you are saying the
traffic goes out on ip 199.44.118.253 because of the firewall. Yet your
mail server dns.mgtamer.com has an external ip of 199.44.118.2.
Earthlink is looking at this as a change during the communication. It
says hey you announce yourself as 199.44.118.253 but when it tries to
establish a connection back it sees the 199.44.118.2 so it feels it is
either an ip spoof or a dynamic address because it doesn't report the
same ip in both instances. I had this happen to me with a customers
email before. All of my email was being rejected until I corrected the
dns issue. So if you change the dns on your mail server to report
19.44.118.253 it should work.
