I don't see any in the WAIT_CLOSE state, but I'll take a look next time
this happens. (It's been about a month since it last happened.)
Just prior to restarting the system, I set the TCP TIMED_WAIT from the
default 240 seconds down to 30 seconds. Don't know if that will help with
this problem or not.
