One of my users is having an odd problem.
He is a salesperson and travels to Europe quite often. He VPN's in from Europe, using an AOL international dial up number. When in Europe, VPN'd into our network from AOL, he has no problems sending email through Outlook.
When he comes back to the east coast and dials up to an AOL number, VPN's into our network and tries to send mail via Outlook, he gets the "operation timed out waiting for a response from the mail server" error.
I have other AOL dialup users that are able to send mail via Outlook on the west coast.
I was thinking that AOL is blocking port 25, but would they do that just on the east coast?
