I doubt this has anything to do with AOL, but it wouldn't necessarily surpirse me either. I also hope you have decent luck getting anyone at AOL to entertain your questions. I've never gotten answers to any of my questions I've submitted to them over the last several years when a customer had problems with AOL.
I'm not submitting questions to AOL directly. There *is* someone who monitors/participates on this list that works for AOL. I was hoping he would jump in and answer.
