Yes, I went to that URL, and other than providing some very generalized
reasons for blocking, didn't provide any really useful information.  The
next step is to try to fax them and phone them in person, though I don't
have a lot of confidence.  Thus far only two customers are adversely
affected, as most people seem to stick with Hotmail and Yahoo addresses
nowadays.
