We've seen this a couple of times and it happens when the LDAP convert
process had problems reading the old LDAP data or there was no LDAP data.
Are you running LDAP?  If so, you can first try to do an LDAP init from the
services tab (this may take awhile).  If that doesn't work you can shut down
LDAP, then go to the \imail\openldap\bin\openldap-data\ directory and delete
the subdirectories under it (these will match your domain names).   Be very
careful here, you don't want to delete anything except the directories under
\imail\openldap\bin\openldap-data.  Then restart the LDAP service and do an
LDAP Init from the LDAP service tab (this may take awhile).
