If you had long log in times for web mail when LDAP is running that means your db did not convert fully. I posted an article over the weekend in this forum on how to initialize Open LDAP.
The ERR 005 you see in the logs are caused by users with more than 2 levels of nested subdirectories in their user directory. You can either clean up their folders or turn off max mailbox size and full mailbox notification until we get a fix for this issue.
