Are you running IMAP? Do your users have at least 3-levels of nested folders. No you have alert notification turned on for hitting the mailbox max size? If you said yes to all of these, Ipswitch knows there is a problem. They're working on it. The current workarounds is to limit IMAP folders to 3-level of nested folders. As far as IMAP goes, I have seen the same problem but don't know of any fix as of yet. I am also seeing a huge increase in the number of IMAP errors in the logs as well as posted on Friday.
