I discussed it with one of their postmasters, who agreed that the system could use "some work", however I doubt that my voice of complaint caused anything to get done. After setting myself up in that feedback loop I regularly get literally thousands of messages a day from AOL clients, because AOL simply forwards every complaint it gets to me.
