Are you allowing TCP/UDP via port 53 through your firewall?

Subject: [IMail Forum] DNS Question: Reverse stuck in a loop?

We're having trouble with one of the client IMail servers behind the firewall.
It isn't getting reverse DNS lookups properly.  When we run at DNSStuff, it is in a loop.

Am I missing something obvious here?

Thanks
