RSP> The problem here may be that your zone file is for 50.34.208.in-addr.arpa, RSP> but Sprint isn't allocating that whole Class C range to you. Or could it RSP> be that the zone is just "50.34.208" rather than RSP> "50.34.208.in-addr.arpa"? RSP> http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/lookup.ch?domain=50.34.208.in-addr.arpa&type=SOA&server=ns1.cydian.com RSP> shows that your DNS server doesn't know that it has a SOA record for RSP> 50.34.208.in-addr.arpa, so I'm guessing that the zone needs to be renamed RSP> to include the "in-addr.arpa". Ask the Provider of the Internet connection (Sprint?) to set up a reverse DNS record (IPofTheServer.in-addr.arpa) pointing to the domain of the mail server (the one which is specified in "Host Name"-entry in Imail) and everything schould be fine. There is no change in DNS, which you can do on your self... I had the same with t-connect and it was very easy... many ISPs provide a web interface to set rDNS. If the supporter on Phone don't know about it, try to get trough to second level support... Be shure, that there is a DNS entry with the "host name" domain pointing to the server...
