Yeah I have. There is only one set of Web Templates in Imail. They are in the Imail\Web folder. I have gone through and opened up literally every file in the web folder looking for a clue (I used to be web programmer) and I can’t find anything.
It’s just really strange that I can replace the web folder with the old templates from Imail 8.0 (the gold/yellow templates) and it works fine.
What customisations are you referring to? I have messed around with every single setting in SERVICES\WEB MESSAGING in Imail, and also with all the Web Options for each mail domain. Are there some other settings elsewhere?

Have you gone through all of the other domains to see if those templates need updating, or if there are any customizations?

Thanks. I just tried it, but it didn’t work.
I added 10.254.1.238 as a host alias for the rplemail.ruralpress.com domain. Stopped and started all Imail services (just in case). Didn’t make a difference. Still the same problem.
Thanks anyway though. I’m willing to try anything at the moment. I’ve spent my entire weekend trying things with no luck.
Thanks!
Chris
