What has been your experience getting bad entries fixed with any of these above (or 
other popular blacklists)?  Would like to hear
from anyone who has experienced finding a legit sender listed and tried to get them 
delisted.

Most likely, the reason for this has to do with IMail v8's anti-spam
running the DNS-based spam tests in serial, rather than in parallel.  That
means that the second test won't start until the first one ends.  So for 10
blacklists, that means that each is taking an average of 2-3 seconds to
check, which could be normal.

Yes -- all the EASYNET-DYNA and EASYNET-DNSBL tests died about 6 months
ago.  I would suggest removing them.
