Policy. That is what you are up against I believe. Spamcop is a real pain in the ... I had a client get listed about 3 months ago and they did 0. 'Just wait 48 hours' they said. Just for that, I wouldn't use them since I know our mail was legit, who knows what else they may be blocking.
I have little experince with the others you listed, but I know that orbs will drop your listing as an open relay as soon as they see you closed (and you can submit yourself for a retest any time).
