We do the same thing except we count invalid MAILFROM as well. So if it has 2 or more hits it gets deleted. So it could be on 1 list and invalid mailfrom and get deleted, but could be invalid mailfrom and not get deleted. I've noticed lots of people use aliases from catch alls still so the mailfrom get's false positives fairly often on a hosting platform.
