What has been your experience getting bad entries fixed with any of these above (or other popular blacklists)? Would like to hear
from anyone who has experienced finding a legit sender listed and tried to get them delisted.
That depends on a number of factors. A few spam databases never de-list any IPs. None of the commonly used ones will remove an IP if the problem that got them listed isn't fixed (you would be *amazed* at how many times people request to be removed from a spam database without even saying that the problem that got them listed is solved). Some of the commonly used ones will not remove IPs without a lot of work (sometimes an impossible amount). Others will de-list immediately, without even checking anything.
So it all depends on what spam database you are listed in.
