There was a syntax change in the rules in one of the latest upgrades... I think the "[" character suddenly had new meaning... if you change the rules to redirect to a mailbox you will be able to look at your headers to see what rule is catching all the mail and fix it.

Just upgraded to 8.12

 

For some reason my customers with specific rules.ima are complaining that they can’t receive any messages.

When I delete or change the file to a default one of my own , things go back to normal.

 

Anyone experiencing this problem with rules?
