Just found new info looking into the log file

Apparently Imail used to understand the following rule ok
\sTo\:

Somehow now, it means something else and it's deleteing all messages with
this rule.

That would suggest that their rules are deleting everything.  What are 
their rules?

That would hint that this is an unintended consequence of a change in 8.12 
that alters the way that rules work -- I don't recall exactly what it is, 
but it makes some rules catch things that they would not before.
