For some reason my customers with specific rules.ima are complaining that they can t receive any messages.
When I delete or change the file to a default one of my own , things go back to normal.
That would suggest that their rules are deleting everything. What are their rules?
Just upgraded to 8.12
That would hint that this is an unintended consequence of a change in 8.12 that alters the way that rules work -- I don't recall exactly what it is, but it makes some rules catch things that they would not before.
