Title: Message
This happened after my upgrade too.  Just recreate the rules file.  I renamed rules.ima to rules.ima.old and recreated the rules.ima files and all worked fine after that.

Just upgraded to 8.12

 

For some reason my customers with specific rules.ima are complaining that they can’t receive any messages.

When I delete or change the file to a default one of my own , things go back to normal.

 

Anyone experiencing this problem with rules?
