Even if you believe they are sending in good faith, draw up a contract declaring their responsibility (this will not be legally enforceable, but may cause them to pause and scrub their list a bit before signing). Ensure that they have designated a human-attended abuse@ address to respond to spam complaints (you should also get a copy of said complaints). Double-check your DNS, EHLO, and related settings to make sure there's nothing else suspicious about your systems. Send in small chunks to begin with. And try to send from another netblock until the list reaches some level of stability. --Sandy ------------------------------------ Sanford Whiteman, Chief Technologist Broadleaf Systems, a division of Cypress Integrated Systems, Inc. e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] SpamAssassin plugs into Declude! http://www.mailmage.com/products/software/freeutils/SPAMC32/download/release/ Defuse Dictionary Attacks: Turn Exchange or IMail mailboxes into IMail Aliases! http://www.mailmage.com/products/software/freeutils/exchange2aliases/download/release/ http://www.mailmage.com/products/software/freeutils/ldap2aliases/download/release/ To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/
