Even if you believe they are sending in good faith, draw up a contract
declaring  their responsibility (this will not be legally enforceable,
but  may  cause  them  to  pause  and  scrub  their  list a bit before
signing).  Ensure  that  they  have designated a human-attended abuse@
address  to  respond to spam complaints (you should also get a copy of
said complaints). Double-check your DNS, EHLO, and related settings to
make  sure there's nothing else suspicious about your systems. Send in
small  chunks  to  begin  with.  And try to send from another netblock
until the list reaches some level of stability.
