I would think that to avoid getting blacklisted, then you have to make sure this isn't spam, as the volume itself shouldn't cause any problems if it is going to legit subscribers/customers. 150K is a big list though. Are they a large enough site so that it makes sense that they could generate a list that big? Do you see any mention of them or previous incarnations of their companies in any of the spam blacklists? Have you previewed the message that they are going to send out?
