Ah, that's something that McAfee is reporting. Presumably, that is their odd way of saying "Relaying is not allowed" (I'm guessing they took a phrase such as "Relaying was detected, therefore this is thought to be spam and is being blocked" and shortened it to "Spam-Relay detected" (and then decided to capitalize the word "spam" in an attempt to violate Hormel's trademark).
