[IMail Forum] Reinstalling Imail 8.13

We believe we have some problems with Imail. Webmail is very very slow to load after putting in login details (even from the local server) and we are having time out issues with our website hosting administration program Helm talking to Imail from a remote location   Docs on this subject is scarce, but I believe I would follow this sequence   Turn off Imail Back up Imail registry Back up Imail directory   Reinstall 8.10 (over the top of existing installation) Reinstall 8.13 patch Start Imail Reboot server   Can someone share their knowledge on this subject with me please Thanks   Peter
