We realize that this is a big change, but it is one that has been long in coming. Ipswitch feels confident that ICS is a solution that the market has been clamoring for.
The problem is that "the market" is not "your market."
Yes, there is a market clamoring for what Ipswitch is offering.
But you also have many 10,000s of customers, of which I would guess at *least* 70% have no need, want, or desire for IMail AntiVirus or collaboration (the two primary components of the price of ICS).
So are you planning to abandon 70% of your current customers, or are you going to have a way for existing customers to pay the historic Service Agreement fees and buy new copies of just IMail as needed?
