Oops...meant retrieving...too busy...
It was the only change we made (you actually suggested it at the time), and
it fixed our problem with both _{ID}.SMD files piling up in the queue and
timeouts when POPping the server.

Hmm, POP doesn't send just retrieves..With the Holiday increase in spam it
can tax you machine by just adding more overhead...
