If you are not the owner of the IP block you are using you will have to
contact the DNS administrator for that network and either have them create
the pointer records or have them setup a forwarder to your DNS servers for
that particular reverse lookup zone.

In MS DNS we appear to have a pointer record for our web servers but 
when I do a lookup on them it says that we don't. Obviously we're
