welcome to sales in the new millennium. how many people would sign up to
be contacted by ipswitch let alone 3rd party vendors? Less than 1%.

Sorry, Jill. I don't think stuffing this down in a privacy policy is
sufficient, especially for a company marketing communication
solutions. Give users the ability to opt-out before your automatic
opt-in triggers. I would expect to be contacted by Ipswitch, but not
by third-party resellers, unless I asked for that.
