Antispam settings are loaded based upon the IP to which the client/server connected to deliver the message.
That is, if you have a domain bound to 1.2.3.4 and it has settings A-Z, then if anyone connects to 1.2.3.4 to send a message to any user on any system, settings A-Z will be used when scanning that message.
