I've gotten requests from clients that would like to offer or obtain the same level of spam screening. They would like to send out a one item auto-responder, then review the response in a form. If the person is one they would like to allow to send them email them accept the submission. If not they deny, Then there is a database of accepted names that allow only those emails through.
