I'll get the files up shortly - found an issue and I'm working back
through them.
For me the whole license issue is a bit foggy. If public domain isn't a
good one to go with there are multiple imports that are falling under
public domain currently (
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Import/Catalogue) - most notably the
NYC Building imports (which I understand was passed as a law
<http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Import/Catalogue/NYC_Buildings_Addresses#License>
- but still it is listed as Public Domain ) so I guess I should ask
what are the licenses that are compatible with the ODBL license (I
assuming ODBL is my safest bet for a license)? I hate to ask but is that
somewhere on the wiki?
For the conversion I used Paul Norman's version of OGR2OSM - most
cleanup of the data was done in QGIS as shapefiles.

Assuming they own the copyright on the data, they are allowed to give
up those rights and release the data into the public domain.

I agree, Randal, when you are ready post some osm files for review. No
need to upload it to do the review.
