Dear Dr Gurcharansinghji,
As per T. Cooke flora outer involucral bracts
1. ovate, acute is P. tomentosa (ovalis)
2. oblong, obtuse is P. lanceolata
You can see these features in Dr. Rawat's post of P. lanceolata and my post
of P. ovalis
