Yes - that utopia ISP's strive for would easily be possible then:
Web based CF form with backend link to Cybercash etc.., upon completion of
which Web site, FTP permissions to the Web site, Mail account and RADIUS
account if applicable area all auto created in real time along with DNS
entries for above.
