>From the comments it would seem that Website Pro is a big hit. It makes
me wonder about my choice in using Apache (on WinNT)... I guess Website
Pro has a nice GUI but are there any particular features that make it
worth an extra $799 US over Apache? Granted, working out what goes in
the Apache httpd.conf file is a bit of a learning curve but after that
it has been quite simple and stable - and seems to restart automatically
on the odd occasion that it has fallen over. The feature that I like
most about Apache is the 'VirtualHost' facility where multiple domains
are supported on a single IP address quite easily, something I couldn't
work out in IIS (though that may have been a 'newbie' problem ;) and
something that would need to be an absolute *must* in Website Pro for me
to even consider it. So, can anyone fill me in on Website Pro Vs Apache?
And yes, I'll chip in for Serv-U too - great product!
Thanks,
Brett
