In fact, in my opinion, we've got 4 main categories :
1 maintained and up to date (>= 80%) : 8

2 maintained and simply needing a synchronization (>= 60%) : 10

3 used to be maintained and needing some work (>=40%) : 4

4 not maintained at all (the others) : 11+3

es_MX, but es is a potential good back-up
pt, but pt_BR is a potential good back-up
zh_CN, but zh_TW is a potential good back-up (not sure of this in fact)
-> in fact i'd rather say, we can count on 18 translations + 10 others if we can
find some motivated people.
(hey, that's quite a lot)
-> the 11+3 others are completely different IMO and need *very* motivated
volunteers, the workload being quite big
-> and of course, those that are not listed...
Maybe should we ask for motivated volunteers ?
- mail on the other MLs (devel + user)
- message on the web page
- mail to translation organizations (GNOME, KDE, Rosetta ... ?)
