But it's part of the website, so it's in the website SVN repo: https://inkscape.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/inkscape/inkscape_web/trunk/doc If you want to translate it, there's no problem adding it to the website. Adding it to the help menu would work the same way as with tutorials, i.e. we would have to add another string to .po files with name of the translated keys file.
