If you want to learn it, you can follow the instructions at

To retrieve the code, follow the instructions at launchpad itself.

Or you can also use a graphical user interface for bazaar, like Bazaar
explorer.

However, this is not at all necessary. You can just attach the updated
po file to a bug report for inkscape-web here:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape-web, or even send it via the mailing
list. We will then check if it doesn't contain any syntax errors, and
commit it to the repository.

I've reinserted this info into our Wiki page now.
