I just scanned my copy of the four pages and sent it to Steve.  I'm happy to
send to others, too, but didn't think we needed to clutter the list with
this amount of material, given that many people will already have copies.
The survey itself is only one page, but I think that it is necessary for
people to see all the accompanying pages in order to judge the material.

And in response to Gordon, I have every intention of rewording my email
slightly and sending it off to both the Alliance and Assembly to explain why
I'm not completing the survey. If others want to use my critique as a basis
for their own letters, feel free.
