Brown's arguments?
Doesn't he himself describe what he's writing as fiction? Bit like science fiction: you just have to make it "sound" sensible. Which he has done.
If it's good fiction it might make you think. But it's still fiction. Nothing to get het-up about.

Whether you agree with Dan Brown's arguments or not, is not the issue; people ARE reading the book and asking questions of the Church - once again why have we been hoodwinked, lied to, misguided - whatever you want to call it - the popular press has called the church to answer the important questions - and the church can't - or won't answer the questions that people ask. They still use an outdated theology that does no longer stand up to modern day questioning.
No wonder people are leaving the church in droves.
Try reading another of Dan Brown's book - "Angels and Demons" and then ask why people think the Vatican is corrupt?
The church does NOT have an imprimature on truth!!!
