It's not much of a hack on an Inspiron 3200/3000. You just have to use
counter-intuitive drivers! ;>

Seriously, you'll need the Latitude CP NT4 drivers for sound and video. The
touchpad works fine as a PS/2 mouse, or you can use the Latitude drivers for
it as well. I didn't bother with the last.
