Good Morning All:
I have and inspiron 7k on order as well and am looking to do the
Red Hat thing. For the last couple of weeks, folks have been talking
up the Xi server as a good package but I have not heard anything
about the MetroLink (http://www.metrolink.com) server. Seems they
tout support for many ATI products (though not specificaly the Rage
Pro 3D AGP2x). It is much less expensive than Xi ($39). Has anyone tried
this or had experience with other Metro Link products?
Anyone had more luck with the DVD for reading CD's on the inspiron?
Messages from a couple of weeks ago indicated that this is not a
linux supported device. This still true?
