Re: difficulties with X on Inspiron 7K

I too have just gotten the new 7000 with the 15.1 inch screen. I am as far
as choosing the ATI configuration and choose Mach64 chipset. I however can
only find the vertical sync rate, and have not been able to find the
horizontal sync anywhere. I even wrote Dell!

I know that XiGraphics has a Accelerated X for about $160 which is said to
work on the 7000.

Any suggestions?
