[install-discuss] CD does not boot

I have enabled/disabled everything I am comfortable messing with in my BIOS 
with no luck.  Before starting I had PATA, the FDC, and the integrated RAID 
controller disabled as I don't use them.  Nothing worked... Both CDs I have 
(genunix.org, dlc.sun.com) cause it to go to the grub prompt... I can read the 
CDs without issue using my Linux workstation.  I'm not sure what to look at 
next.
