it's not wrong actually, i intend to make msi-x compatible with 945...since v1.1, 945 does not even support msi actually till my v1.1 enables it...im still testing with the compatibility right now but i can assure u that it can improve performance triple if not double the v1.1 currently...
and on ur 2nd question, msi does not decrease performance on some hardware, i think ur misunderstand it with IFS or increase fixed segmentation...that were introduced on V1.1 1st beta but it came down to be buggy so i disabled it on the final V1.1...damn i remember when someone actually sabotage my original v1.1 in the download section which gives out poor performance...but it was fix when i reuploaded the correct one..make sure u downloaded the V1.1_fixed filename...
