I was just looking for a low-end starter sound card for now and later upgrade to a more higher end one. I use speakers (digital) but occasionally use headphones (mid-end Sennheiser DJs HD202) when company come over..... I was looking at this sound card for my desktop http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16829271001 I don't really mind my lappy using a integrated sound card, I mostly just use it for work and such.
