So it all depends on whether your 'steak hach�' is an actual

Another 2 cents of mine: I would definitely go for 'hamburger steak' rather
than 'hamburger', since the latter implies that the thing is on a bun with
all the toppings etc. ... think of all the disappointed tourists!
