I could think of other schemes, but a person may as well be able to vote for the same wishes every month. Perhaps a wish could lose all votes that are older than say 20 or 30 months. That way a wish that doesn't remain popular will fade in priority. "Top Ten Wishes" seems redundant. "All Wishes" does the same thing. It simply needs a link to scroll back to the first 10, like <<<First 10 <<Prev 10 Next 10>> Last 10>>>. Where the "Logout" link is, there should be a "Login" link when the visitor us not logged in.
