I think you may be missing some of the aims of this site.

MGateway utilities is a "one-way" offer of code, take the code, look at 
it, use it or throw it away, if you want to amend it, that fine, but 
its only you that sees the changes / improvements you make. 

the aim of this site is to offer "open source" code that runs on the 
cache base. Although its a place where you can download the code, you 
also have a chance to UPLOAD changes YOU make to the code. 

ZCacheLib hopes (aims) to let you download the code, but also 
encourages you to send code changes back to be incorporated into the 
next version. 

I am also guessing (MGateway is inaccessible at the moment) that 
Utility24 is the list of web sites I maintain. I STILL intend to offer 
this as an interactive web page to access this information (and Rob 
Tweed who runs MGateway has offered to host the pages), but like 
everyone else, there is the main job to be done and the list is only a 
"side job".
