Sorry Ytai but I respectfully disagree. If you buy a Mint and the battery 
is bad from the outset you should return the unit, don't you think? Also 
there should be no way to overcharge the battery. Keeping it plugged in to 
USB power should not damage it. If that is possible to do then the Mint is 
a bad design.

As for firmware upgrades for the Mint, how many people have access to an 
old Android cellphone they can use to upgrade the firmware? If you are 
buying a IOIO and capable of writing Android software you are likely to 
have modern phones.
