I ordered a Seeedstudio IOIO-OTG recently and it arrived a few days ago. As with Sparkfun, apparently they are shipped with firmware that doesn't connect to the most recent Android library. I immediately went through the firmware upgrade procedure with it and that succeeded just fine, now connects and works as expected.
I like that they included header pins with the board.
